Colleen has spent most of her career working alongside teams to bring about operational success and excellence. She is passionate about turning vision into structure, creating space for growth, and collaborating with teams to see them grow. She is driven by a strong work ethic, a deep sense of purpose and a desire to always keep the overall mission reflected through her work. 

She and Steve have attending Praise for 2 years and she has served in Guest Services.

Colleen’s greatest joy is spending time with family, traveling to new places, hiking, and—though she’s not a doctor—being the go-to “medic” at home. She’s truly honored to be part of the Praise Community Church team.
