Becoming a member of Praise Community Church means more than simply joining a group—it's about committing to walk in unity with our church family, partnering with the Holy Spirit, and actively living out the Gospel.

Membership Requirements

Membership at Praise Community Church involves a commitment to personal spiritual growth, biblical community, and service. Before completing the form, please ensure you meet and agree to the following:

  • ✅ I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.

  • ✅ I have been baptized in water.

  • ✅ I have reviewed and agree with Praise's Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

  • ✅ I have reviewed the “What We Believe” videos below and agree with the Declaration of Faith of the Church of God (Cleveland, TN).

  • ✅ I have an active prayer life.

  • ✅ I have been regularly attending Sunday services for at least 6 months.

  • ✅ I regularly tithe.

  • ✅ I am actively serving in one or more Praise Ministries.

  • ✅ I am living in community with other believers.

  • ✅ I align my life with Scripture, including what it teaches about identity, purpose, and living out the Gospel.

  • ✅ I agree to address concerns or questions about church practices or direction by speaking directly and respectfully with the appropriate person, seeking peace.

  • ✅ If I decide to end my membership, I will notify leadership in writing.
