Membership Requirements
Membership at Praise Community Church involves a commitment to personal spiritual growth, biblical community, and service. Before completing the form, please ensure you meet and agree to the following:
✅ I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
✅I have been baptized in water.
✅I have an active daily prayer life.
✅I have been regularly attending on Sunday mornings for at least 4 - 6 months.
✅I regularly tithe.
✅I am actively serving in one or more of the Praise Ministries.
✅I have reviewed the PCC “What We Believe” videos.
✅I agree with the Declaration of Faith of the Church of God - Cleveland, Tennessee. www.praiseyork.com/whatwebelieve
✅I am in community with other Christians. (Examples: small group, life group, home group, other)
✅I adhere to Scripture and what it teaches regarding identity, purpose, and walking out the Gospel.
✅I agree to take all issues or concerns about the direction, content, or practice of the church to the appropriate person involved and seek to pursue peace with that person.
✅I will communicate with leadership, in writing, any desire to end my membership at Praise.
✅I am committed to being an invested member of Praise Community Church.
