Shane has been a marketing professional for almost 30 years, from his early days at 98YCR radio to automotive and the musical instrument industry.  He has also been a student at Lancaster Bible College and Dr. Kevin Zadai's Warrior Notes School of Theology.  He believes that the greatest marketing for a church is to highlight how the Holy Spirit is moving in the members.  

 Shane is married to Melissa and father to Shane Jr. and Brennen.  He is also a published writer and musician who revived the cigar box guitar, turning it into a worldwide movement.  Shane leads the Praise Life Group, "Sound Searchers" which encourages people to make and play their own musical instruments.
