• Anyone seeking to join the team must be submitted to Pastor Adam Bower, Joe D’Orsie, and Paul Lauer.

• If the individual is approved, they will be paired up with a current ministry team member (who is well known by church leadership) for observation. This is to ensure that the individual is personable, humble, trustworthy, and able to pray as the Holy Spirit leads. If the individual does not have any training, they will be paired up for longer and should make their way through resources found on the Ministry Team Resources Document.

*Please note that this can be a quick process if the individual has had training prior to joining the team (i.e. The Unveiling Prophetic School, Global Awakening, etc.)

• Once the individual has shown that they’re capable of being on their own in the ministry room, they can be released to minister alone. Again, Pastor Adam Bower, Joe D’Orsie, and Paul Lauer should agree on this decision.

*Please note that the goal is to build teams instead of having individuals. This is for two reasons: 1) accountability among the team and 2) more people listening to the individual and listening for Holy Spirit’s leading.

This process is not to discourage anyone from joining the team nor is it to single people out. It is simply to build a loving and humble team that serves the Lord. We want to be good stewards of what God has been doing in the ministry room, and we can do that by having a high standard.
